Vậy là hôm nay mình đã hoàn thành ngày cuối cùng của 2 Week Shred Challenge của Chloe Ting. Cứ mỗi lần thông báo giãn cách thêm là mình tìm challenge nào có đúng số ngày giãn cách để tập cho có động lực hoàn thành. Mai lại giãn cách tiếp chưa biết nên theo challenge nào cho hợp lý đây =))
Tập theo Youtube thì mình làm lâu rồi, từ hồi đi du học cơ. Nhưng mà riêng đợt tập này mình cũng tự phục mình luôn. Thử thách không nằm ở bài tập mà nằm việc vừa trông con, vừa tập lại còn phải nấu cơm :))) Có ông con ở nhà mới gọi là một thử thách thực sự.
Như hôm nay tập 3 bài tổng 45’ nhưng trước khi tập phải đi chuẩn bị nồi thịt kho đã mất 20’ rồi. Trong lúc thịt đang kho trong nồi áp suất thì tập bài đầu tiên. Hết bài đầu bắt đầu ra cắm cơm. Xong ra tập tiếp bài hai. Hết bài hai lại ra nhặt rau, luộc rau rồi đến giờ cho con ăn. Con ăn xong mình mới ra tập nốt 15’ còn lại rồi ăn cơm sau :)) Chóng mặt luôn 🙃 Mọi người nhìn ảnh thấy cái bếp bừa bãi còn chưa kịp dọn luôn đó!
Hôm trước đọc ở đâu đó sau giãn cách xã hội sẽ chia làm 2 trường phái: Một là những người đẹp vì tập suốt, hai là những người tăng cân vì ăn suốt =))) Các bác thuộc trường phái nào nào??

背中もお腹もお尻も、全部詰め込んでます(´▽`)
コロナになってからダイエットたいへーーーん。
旅行に行ったり、友達に会ったり、遊園地や水族館行きたいし、ショッピングも、今まで出来てたストレス発散が出来ない。
ストレス発散が食べ物買い込んで家に引きこもって食べるだけ。
痩せても人に会わないからお披露目する場もない。
だから、コロナになる前よりダイエットのモチベを保つのも大変だし難しいと感じています。
今は種をまいて水をやる時期、コロナが終わったら綺麗な花を咲かせるんだと言い聞かせて自分磨き頑張りましょう!
難しい時期だけど、ダイエット頑張りましょうね♡
